Once your order is placed, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details. This confirms that we’ve successfully received your order and are now preparing it with care.

When your items are packaged and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link, allowing you to follow your order in real time — from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Our typical processing time is 4–9 business days, after which your parcel will be handed to one of our trusted shipping partners. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–11 business days.
Please note that weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons (such as sales or holidays) may slightly extend these timeframes. Rest assured — we closely monitor every order until it reaches you safely.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered incorrectly.

In certain cases, items from the same order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. If so, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Once your order reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local delivery service for final delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as some couriers may take time to scan parcels into their system.
If your tracking status remains “In Transit” for several days, don’t worry — this is normal, especially during customs clearance or long-distance shipping.
